Transitions develops frameworks, methodologies, and experiences that strengthen the capacity to interpret context, exercise discernment, and act strategically in the face of complexity—creating the conditions for reflection, dialogue, and coordination in times of transition.

Transitions Club is a program of curated gatherings and immersive experiences designed to foster deeper reflection and peer-to-peer dialogue among decision-makers from business families, private capital, financial institutions, and the productive sector.

Transitions Studies is the platform’s knowledge-generation initiative, translating complex dynamics into conceptual frameworks, methodologies, and practical tools for navigating systemic transitions.

Transitions Advisory supports organizations and leaders in interpreting systemic change and building long-term strategies for navigating contexts of transition.

Co-Founders

Marina Cançado

Marina Cançado is Co-Founder and CEO of Transitions. Her work sits at the intersection of capital, human behavior, and systemic transitions.

Her career has been shaped by mobilizing and coordinating capital, building ecosystems, and developing initiatives focused on climate solutions and future-oriented thinking.

She is also Co-Founder of ATO, a company dedicated to innovation in sustainability communication and the promotion of sustainable behaviors.

Previously, she co-founded Grupo Tellus, an organization focused on innovation and the improvement of public services. She also collaborated with Daniela Rogatis and former Brazilian President Fernando Henrique Cardoso on the Legado program. In addition, she coordinated next-generation business family initiatives, including Agenda Brasil do Futuro and Geração Brasil Melhor.

Daniela Rogatis is Co-Founder of Transitions. She is an educator and the Founder and CEO of Rogatis, a pioneering company in educational intelligence for individuals, families, and organizations navigating the dynamics of wealth.

She is also Co-Founder of Legado — The Global Legacy Programme, an initiative dedicated to preparing future generations to take on leadership roles with economic and social impact.

Throughout her career, she has focused on leadership development, capacity building, and creating spaces for reflection and dialogue around succession, purpose, and intergenerational transformation.
